What: Annual Holiday Tea

A bit of holiday nostalgia will infuse the Cannon Beach Library from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, when the library hosts the annual holiday English tea. The event is free.

 Library volunteers, dressed in Dickensonian-era clothing, will pour  tea and cider and provide holiday cookies to visitors who want to share some holiday cheer in the library, 131 N. Hemlock St.

 Holiday carolers will sing, and Santa Claus is expected to arrive at  about 12:30 p.m.

The tea is "our way of saying thank you to the community for its wonderful support over the last year," said Dick Frank, library manager.
